Founded in 1984 by Yılmaz ELALDI, Hacıbaba Kadayıf and Baklava, with our experience, meticulousness, and innovative approach, became a corporate entity as Hacıbaba Pastaneleri in 2015. Our service journey, which began with the Bağlar branch, continues with our traditional approach, customer-focused ethical values, social responsibility, and our constant aim to be the best, currently with a total of 21 branches in Diyarbakır and Istanbul.

Our Vision: Since 1984, considering the needs and developments of today, we have been offering our customers the highest quality products at affordable prices, using the natural raw materials provided by our lands, and under healthy and hygienic conditions, while preserving the centuries-old flavors of our geography.
