Hacıbaba Pastaneleri Membership Agreement

1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between Hacıbaba Pastaneleri Food Ind. & Trade Ltd. Co. (“Hacibaba”) and the individuals or legal entities registering as members of the website (“Member”).

2. Subject
The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the Member’s use of the website and Hacibaba services.

3. Membership and Account Registration

• Members agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Hacibaba is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Member.

• Account security is the responsibility of the Member; username and password must not be shared.

4. Use of Membership Data

• Member data may be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and relevant legislation for service provision, communication, and notifications.

• Members agree to receive notifications via email or phone.

5. Termination of Membership

• Members may terminate their membership at any time.

• Hacibaba may terminate membership in case of violation of terms, unlawful use, or threats to system security.

6. Responsibilities

• Members shall use the website legally and respect other users’ rights.

• Hacibaba shall take measures to ensure service continuity and data security; technical issues, interruptions, or data loss are not the company’s responsibility.

7. Privacy and Personal Data
Members acknowledge that they have read and accepted Hacibaba’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the courts and enforcement offices in Diyarbakır, Turkey.
